How did you end up at Nutrifeed?
At the moment I was contacted to be hired I was working with Sales for CJ, a South Korean amino acids supplier and Nutrifeed was looking for a Sales Manager in the LATAM region. I decided to take this opportunity as a challenge for my career as I like to deal with young animal nutrition
What is your role within Nutrifeed?
I am responsible for Sales and Business development in the Latin American region, from Mexico to Chile including all the countries in the Central and South America. All the countries that speak Spanish and Portuguese in the Central and South America.
What is your previous work experience?
I started my career at Sadia (now is BRF after the merge with Perdigão) as a Vet responsible for Quality Assurance and lately as a Purchaser Specialist for Animal Nutrition and Health supplies. After 14 years working in this company, I migrated for Sales starting at Ajinomoto Animal Nutrition, Borregaard Lignotech and CJ do Brasil.
What do you like best about your job?
Leading with people who wants to improve their future production and offering an unique product that can help them to grow and increase their profitability.
What is the biggest challenge in your work?
Deal with the Distributors and final customers making them understand and realize the value we offer in our products showing success cases and technical information and demonstrating from Science that our ingredients and solutions really work.
What do you like most about working at Nutrifeed?
Lately it was not possible due to the pandemic, but the interaction with people sharing information and experiences are the most valuable working at Nutrifeed.
